The site describes the Alter-Sync application as it worked when the site was written. Product screens are real captures of a demonstration account with fictional records. Features described here are those we have verified; where a capability is still being confirmed, the site says so and directs you to the walkthrough. Details can change between releases, and the version of the product a shop receives is governed by that shop's agreement with Alter-Sync LLC, not by this website.
