The appointments view

Who is coming in today, and why.

Filter by date, status, and type, and each visit shows as a card with the customer and the purpose. The front counter sees a fitting and a pickup as different kinds of ten minutes.

Why the fitting belongs on the record

The measurement changes at the fitting. So should the order.

When the appointment, the order, and the measurements share one customer record, an adjustment made at the second fitting lands on the order that is being sewn. How measurements work.

What kinds of appointments can I record?

Fitting, Alteration Measurement, Delivery, and Pickup. Each one belongs to a customer and sits on their profile alongside their orders.

What statuses does an appointment have?

Scheduled, Confirmed, Completed, No Show, or Cancelled. Filter the appointments view by date, status, and type.

Does Alter-Sync send reminders to customers?

Not on this site's word. Customer notification is something to discuss on the walkthrough so you hear exactly what the current build does. We do not describe features here that we have not verified.

Do appointments show on the dashboard?

Yes. Today's appointments, scheduled and confirmed, are one of the Daily Status cards.
