Alter-Sync is not a point of sale, a marketing suite, or a project management tool with a tailoring skin. It is the record for the garment.

Nothing changes for the person dropping off a dress. They still talk to you. The record is for your team.

The order statuses are plain: draft, active, on hold, completed. You decide what each one means in your shop.

Reports download as CSV. Your orders and measurements are yours to keep in a format any spreadsheet opens.
